Dear Sir/Madam, I emailed your organisation 7 months ago without recieving any reply from yourselves. For 6 years I have paid monthly by standing order 47.60€ which equates to 571€ per year, x 6 years = 3,427.20€ paid to your organisation. With regret I shall be cancelling this standing order, as I firmly believe your attitude leaves a lot to be desired insomuch I have not recieved any form of thankyou from yourselves. It was my daughter in law, Catalina Hepple Edwards, who is your relative suggested yourselves as a worthy charity. All that I wanted was a form of thankyou, but unfortunately this has not happened in the six years. Yours Sincerely Derek Hepple.

Hola, soy educador de un Centro de Menores de Protección de Molina de Segura. Me gustaría saber si es posible que algun@ de nuestr@s menores que cuentan con mayor autonomía pudieran realizar algún tipo de voluntariado en la Protectora.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have fundraised for animals virtually all my life & since moving to Santa Pola 6 yrs ago, my son Deans wife, Catalina, Ramirez Martinez, suggested Apama Nature to carry on supporting. I initially purchased tins & sacks of food, which was collected monthly by your volunteers. Due to my health, ( now 80 years ) I was unable to carry on this practice. I signed a standing order for 47.60€ monthly to be paid into your account. Over 4 years this has amounted to 2,284€ which is a lot of money. I have never recieved any appreciation during this time from yourselves, being a tele call, Email, letter, which I think is deplorable. A T Shirt might be a nice gesture, as I still have the same old Extra Large Apama Nature one given to me 4 years ago. I appreciate your organisation is very busy but a small gesture of thankyou goes a long way. Yours Sincerely Derek Hepple.
